My best Preworkout meal:
BCAA - 1500mg of l-leucine is my focus
Gatorade - simple carbs and electrolytes (approx a quart)
Caffeine - 200mg
Vit C - 1000 - 2000 mg (inhibits DOMS and helps keep your immune and circulatory system good to go)
