we started carbcyling 3 days at 150 , 3 at low (50) and 1 at 300..
its 150 today and wowza bloated city.. i was doing 4 weeks at 50 before with a re-feed every 14th day.
Oh a nother postive i had a 100 gift certificat from best buy. So i bought a portable dvd player at 530am i look like a complete fool but i starap the player to machine and watch movies well today was day 1 so im still watching a Movie
