| straight bb curls 2 warmups 1 workset w/ 125x7x4x3, hammer curls 1 warmup 1 workset 60x19, seated calf raises 200x16, leg press 3 warmups 1 workset w/ 400x9, sldl 2 warmups 1 workset 185x11.....could have gone heavier on the sldl but i didnt want to chance it after doing a Page Ranking on leg press....could have gone heavier on the leg press as well but i figured I dont want to plateau too quickly on it...... |
