Unless you're going nuts, I run everything from a cost/result analytic perspective. I do not notice significant testicular atrophy until I hit around wk 7-9, running dosages around 0.8g-1.3g total gear. When following this protocol, I find that after 30 days of full PCT I have sufficient natural test production to sustain LBM and train consistently without any risk of injury or overtraining.
Keep in mind, gear/ancillary/PCT protocols are just like the best workout program you've ever seen: geared towards a specific individual. The key is finding what works for you, to accomplish what you want to do.
P.S. letro tends to kill you cholesterol profiles, and running IGF-1 for 30 days after the cycle is an even better investment, I think, than paying the often inflated prices for HCG
