| k....so I used the 5x5 training for the past 2 weeks or so......strength went through the roof......repping out at incline bp with 225 for 5 reps......squat went up a tad but I havent been hitting legs that hard.....deadlift went up to 365 for reps........been using the xtreme stretching from dc....seems to be working out well......guess I will know for sure in another month or so...of course this could all just be muscle memory and because I just started hitting it hard again.....cheers all...and go STARS! |
