Well guys I am doing a cycle for the first time in a year. The only thing I could get was sus 250. I have three bottles. I have done some research here and most people do not like the sus. Unfortunately that is all I can get right now. What is the best dosage? I read eod and twice a week. My stats:
5 10 205 15% bf
would prefer to stay on the lean side and not bulk to much
