| I work customer service now, so believe me, there are MANY ppl i'd like to throw a fist at. One guy even swung over the counter at me cus when I did his refund, I wouldnt give him his coupon back which he used like 20 days b4 so obviously we still don't have it, luckily the new asst. manager was there, and he was promoted from loss prevention (aka security), so he took him down nicely. I wanted to throw a fist back terribly, mind u, i woulda been fired.... so good call that I didnt.
