Meal 6: Post workout
Shake:
-2 tbsp pb
-1/3 cup of yogourt
-1 scoop of allthewhey protein
-1/3 cup of raw oatmeal
-1 cup of 2% milk
and either Chef Boyardee or 2 pieces of 12 grain toast and pb
(approx 106 carbs, 50 protein, 1200 cals)
Meal 7: whatever sugary snack i crave, usually cookies
(approx 70 carbs, 10 protein, 700 cals)
