I can lift a pretty good amount as well, I just can't seem to put on any mass. I currently lift 4 days a week for about an hour as follows:
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Biceps and Triceps
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Back and Shoulders
Friday through Sunday: OFF
I was wondering if some of the more experienced guys could give me some information about what else I could do to bulk up or if I'm doing something wrong. | So your 20 and gained 50lbs in a year after coming to a dead stop at 183lbs to come up to 230lbs. Whats your secret Bro? You grew two inches too yet you look like your in your early thirties. Most 20 year old lifters I know don't look as mature as you.
