| Re: question on compound workouts i have had really crappy metabolism ever since i hit puberty, i've always had a pudgy midsection and it took me 8 months to get down to 12% b/f and that was also me exerimenting with different diets but i did cardio 4-6 times a week either running 4 miles or doing elliptical machine for 30 mins ..i will ask it in the diet forum though
