Well tonight we went to an awards ceremony at our local Technical College where I graduated last year and now I'm an adjunct instructor there. I was to receive an award for the Most Outstanding Alumni for 2003-2004. Chelle, our son, and I went however, we didn't think to tell our boy what we were doing there. The first awardee was not there so they announced and moved on. I was the next awardee and when they announced my name my son...almost yelling says " HEY, THATS MY DADDY!" Well for those of you with kids you know he almost choked me up as I was walking up there. He said it a couple more times and I tell ya I had to try and block him out so I didn't choke up on stage. He sure was proud of old pops. :D
