Everything I've read suggests that a gradual taper, slower than when ramping up is more important than anything.

Of course guggul supps. get praise, while also getting a ney from some.

I am taking a guggul supp from SAN (T3) and I am ordering an all around supp with lots of goodies which also includes iodine, and taurine. As for the Bladderwhack, I don't really want anything that over stimulates the thyroid because there will still be a crash when I come off.

I am running the HCG as we speak as well. Cardio is continuing at 45 min. each morning running on empty of course. I will bump it back up again in a couple of weeks. I'm doing 1, possibly two more shows this year. I'm going to drop down 6 pounds and be a hard middle. I could have had that class at the Southern Classic, along with a National Qual. That would give me 2 years off to bring everything up which is what I would like to do.
