Sienna, I'm shocked at the Hams comment. If you notice my right ham looked soft. I strained my hamstring over a month ago, and it held fluid the whole time. I was hoping that when I dropped water and sodium it would go down, but that was not the case. I had to hit everything on the left side to try an hide it.

As for last minute ideas, Thiomucase comes to mind. It is a little stronger than Prep-H. It is not used in the US but there are no restrictions against its imprtation into the US. You should be able to find it online for 10-20 dollars. There are supposedly a few US companies that carry since it is not illegal.

What are you using for your diuretic? This was my first time using Aldactone and I loved it. I never cramped, did'nt have to take the potassium. It takes longer to work, but man it does the job without flattening you out. Being you are so close I would stick with what you are doing as far as diuretics and Prep-H go.

Good Luck, don't get too stressed out this week. I took the whole week off and focused on the show and nothing else. It made all the difference in the world.

aldactone. thanks for the tips, hon. :)
