| Well thats a good mind set about it... Im leary of the stairmast still this year, but I know ill be on it in a couple weeks, maybe 4 or so... Last year i actually fell asleep on it and my trainier said he was talking to me from one side ( i had my head down and turned the other way) and someone on the other side of me had to tell him i was sleeping... lol but my legs kept going... |
