Update:
I was able to finally join the gym w/ step mills. HOLY CARDIO - my trainer wasn't lying when she said it is a completely different kind of cardio. after 5 min i'm dripping puddles already. the first day i could only do 10 min then had to switch to the precors and treads. i'm up to 1 hr and 10 min after one week. not shabby but my goal is 2 hrs. i'll get there, slowly! the front of my legs look better already, i can see a tear drop which i've never had before (and i think since starting the AE's, naturally). i'm at 136 and she wants me in around 125-128. She took most of my carb days away from me. Even the super lows turned to ZERO's this week. That means WATCH OUT world!!!!! I've tried to have a new outlook since being bitch/crying girl last weekend. Its no one elses fault that i'm dieting and i'm not going to ruin all of my relationships and excuse it by "being on a diet." this is my choice, my lifestyle. no one else's fault! I called about 1/2 the people in my phone book and sent another 1/2 dozen emails apologizing for being mean-diet-girl! That said, my moods be decent (when it gets really bad h.e.a.t. w/ some sort of stim seems to help) its just my energy levels that are super low. Been getting migraines 2 in a weeks time. Nothing terrible, I'll keep on trucking. HOME STRETCH, 4 weeks out tomorrow!!!!!
My suits are in route to my house. They should be here tomorrow morning. The were supposed to be here last weekend but the poor poor girl who is making them had some terrible problems and asked if they could be here this w/e. i said absolutely no prob. I am anxious to see them though. Suits are the Best part of competing in my opinion. I love love love the girly part of it. And I'm glad i went w/ pink this year. Thanks for all the opinions, Ladies!!
I just sent her the pictures. Not gonna attach here. I look thick and HORRIBLE. Ready for tears to come out. I'll post some this weekend when I get better ones. In the mean time, I'm off to the stepper!!!!
