| I have been using tight drop sets for about two weeks on biceps only and love the pump i get but not sure if technique is right! also not sure if i am doing to many reps or not what do you think
start with:
85lbs-16-18 reps
75lbs-12-16 reps
65lbs-14-16 reps
55lbs-20 reps
45lbs-40-50 reps
not sure if technique is right because i cant get 180 degrees cause i have bad elbows and it puts a lot of strain on my elbows to go 180 so i usually stop at about 135... is there something i should do different? advantages or disadvanteges what im doing... by the way i am really just trying to lose weight but i would like to have some bulk in my arms |
