| Thats funny the you started this thread squat because I've been doing a version of the rest pause dropsets for about 4 weeks 5 days a week with
arms day1
shoulders day 2
chest day 3
back day 4
legs day 5
5 exersices 3 sets each10 reps for each body part.
this will be my last week of this particular routine.I'll will be starting a 3 day weights and 3 day cardio routine |
