| Re: question on compound workouts I think Swamp has given excellent suggestions. With your DB flat bench and Flat bench on Chest day. I would suggest alternating them by weeks. This way you get a little bit of variety, you can do this for other excersizes as you see fit. Just to avoid the burn out.
