Re: question on compound workouts

Not a bad work out Bro. I might keep my biceps with back and move the shoulders to leg day, although if you do leg day right you may not have the strength to do anything when you done with them. Also on back day I would put your pull ups first so your still fresh and it will help to warm up all the back muscles before you get into the main bulking movements.

On you chest day, I don't think you need to do BB flat and DB flat because its basically the same exercise. You might want to replace one or the other with fly's flat or inclined, I would also add in pec dec.

On shoulders don't forget the lateral and rear delts, they help to give you that nice round ball on your shoulder. Back, lat pull downs are awesome to build width as long as they are done correctly.

Legs I see you have all the good bulking exercises, however I don't see much of anything for hams or calves.

Biceps try incline db curls. Start the movement with the back of you wrist facing forward and then as you bring the dumbell up rotate your wrist until its facing you at the finish of the movement. This is good for working all the heads and in the incline position you can't cheat. Also don't forget the all important preacher curl. Just a few suggestions and I am by no means an expert, but since you posted I thought I would try and help you out a bit. :D
