I am with you on most products. I take a lot of supplements, but mostly all consist of vitamins, herbs (milk thistle, dandelion, saw palmento, ginsing, soma root....ect..and amino acids. I take a LOT of aminos. I cycle between Arginine Malate and glutamine...and stack L Carnatine, Taurine, N.A.C. and HMB on top. I NEVER just grab a supp. off the shelf and buy it without doing lots of research on it. I have been researching Gakic for quite a while. MD magazine (the holy grail) had some interesting articles on it.
The main thing is that I was having lots of side effects from running high doses of AAS for 5 straight months, and I found something that gives me a nice boost without doing hormones. I like that.
I will keep you guys posted on my progress while doing this stuff while I am going through PCT.
