It depends, sauna is good if you're in there with 3 gorgeous porn stars, bad if it's just a bunch of naked old men. Seriously, I only used the sauna when I was wrestiling and trying to cut weight. Most of the weight that you'd lose in a sauna is only going to be water weight and not fat.
