my diet goes something like this
meal 1- cup of oats and 60gram protein shake
meal 2- 6 whole eggs and 2 pieces of 9 grain bread
meal 3- 10oz chicken and 1 cup of cooked rice
meal 4- 12oz talapia 10oz red potatos
meal 5- same as meal 3
meal 6- 60 gram protein shake
as of right now at 4 wks out im going to cut out the whole eggs and 9 grain bread and go to egg whites and oats...if i need to i will cut that out sooner though
my training split is
monday- chest and shoulders
tuesday- back and traps
wednesday- off
thursday- arms and abs
friday- legs
saturday-off
sunday- off
