this is my third week back. I had to take over a month off after my heart attack. I'm only really working out 2days a week b/c graduating school is my #1 priority. Anyway here's today's workout
Comp grip bench paused:

touched to high on the third rep, got it about half way up and was not in a position to finish the lift

225x25 pretty happy about this as I don't go over 5reps in the bench to often

Overall a pretty good workout. It was pretty hard to do board work since Josh decided to sleep and not workout. It would have been nice to atleast have a call shit head, but Jordan and I got the job done so it doesn't really matter.
Also we had some good GPP work moving the bar from the squat to the bench position every set:)
