| Hey all, i am new as well to this forum, I am a physical therapy student NY, I have been training for about 10 yrs but seriously for about 5 yrs. I have change my philosophies with increasing knowledge on training from the russians and swiss. They seem to have the upper hand in power and that ois something i am interested in.
