Hey MuscleSci,
I just signed up PooHBear here a few days ago. She is a *very* good friend of mine and works out very hard. A few of the members know how I kick it in the gym and she is the only girl i've ever taken to the gym and can hang with me the entire time with out complaining. Only problem is the diet, but once she gets the hang of that she should see some amazing progress.
Pooh- Glad to yhear you are kicking up the intensity on the workouts and diet. Just make sure to stay away from the Honey........
