| Hello, I'm new on here and just thought I'd post to introduce myself. I'm a 21 yr old Co-Ed at the University of Arkansas studying in Elem. Ed. this past summer I've taken on an interest in improving my body. Between the 20 hrs I'm working and the 18 hrs I'm taking in school it's hard to get the necessary time in at the gym, but I'm working on it. I'm looking forward to really kick starting my diet and upping the intesity of my workouts this week. If I have any questions I'll be sure to ask, thanks in advance! |
