| *I feel like I have a big rear end, although I have beautiful symmetry. In the off season, I don't tend to have much definition; but my symmetry still shows thru.
*I believe symmetry is 1/3 of what you have to have to be successful on stage, for bodybuilding OR figure; just that the amount of each varies by the sport. The other two things are muscle to frame and definition.
*My definition doesn't really start to come thru for me until about 6 wks of dieting, then it is almost daily I see a change.
*I hope to compete this year at around 137, which means I have about 13 lbs to lose! |
