| Doc, Being that I am only 2 years older than you, you seem very wise beyond your years. This is a GREAT sticky. I feel like I learned some new things and solidified some things I already knew. This was a great read as I think long and hard about my decision to use and what to do as well. But I think I still got some time to put in just me and the weights and diet first.
