I want to say that I could have walk away with NO charges, but that would have meant rolling and believe me I was in a position to roll big time, I think I was a result of Ike's rolling actually, though myself I was NEVER a source. I sucked it up and faced the music hired a great attorney and got a break. I was charged with intent to deliver simply due to the amount I had for personal use (a year's worth of gear)...I was seriously facing 5 years in the early stages of negotiations, but I continued to play the "family card"...I communicated personally with the DA and all worked out fairly well.

If all goes well I will get my probation terminated in 5 yrs...see you then.

p.s. I spent a whole 2 hours in jail, not a minute more...I love my attorney! :)
