If you plan on doing a 30 min cardio session i have read that you get more out of it using 3 different machines for ten minutes each instead of one for 30 mins (granted u are able to go straight from one to the next without waiting or dropping your heartrate). Also, if you use a treadmill never rest your arms on the bars.
