| The ONLY time I have noticed fatloss from adding cardio to my routine is when I did it first thing in the AM on empty stomach. I toyed with different cardio schemes a bit and that was the only time cardio did anything without modifying diet. I believe it's the best way to reap the benefits for fat burning.
