| Early morning cardio question I have some conflicting thoughts on early morning cardio. Some say that it is more effective to do it on an empty stomach. Others say do a shake 45 mins before. I would think 30-45 mins of hard physical cardio after fasting (sleeping for 8 hours), would cause your body to depleate your muscles instead of stored fat. Therefore i would think it be better to have a shake before cardio. Any other thoughts on this. Maybe i should make a poll. |
