WNG Pullups- BW x 6,6,5,4
Regular Pullup- BW x 3 negatives
Close Grip Pulldown- 190 x 9ss
Single Arm Machine Row- 135 x 8, 155 x 6, 165 x 4, 175 x 2
Rack Deads- 225 x 10ss (pause at the bottom of each rep)
No cardio- to drained from work.
I finally have a lat stretch that really works for me. Just hanging from the pullup bar doesn't hardly do anything for me. What ya do is stand beneath the pullup bar and with your right hand reach up and grab the end of the left handle. Now just stand up as straight as you can and lean to your right. Just switch sides to do the left arm. Gives you a helluva pull on the lats. |
