Mass requires a lot of food, don't forget. FOr me to get to the point what I considered huge, I was cramming down about 4000 + cals a day, 200 + grams of protein daily (6-9 meals a day or every 2 hours) and switching my entire routine to one specifically for me. A lot of hardwork, trial and error and failure to get there. At times I was only taking a daily vitamin |
