If you would like help or some advice about changing your diet to achieve your goals, please provide the following appropriate information when making a new post: 1. Your statistics (height, weight and bodyfat precentage). 2. List what you physique goals are, i.e; Do you want to build muscle? Reach a certain weight? Lose a certain weight? (be specific). 3. Your current general diet. Please list this in a format similiar to this, example:
8:00 - Whey shake
9:00 - 3 eggs, 1 toast with peanut butter.
11:00 - chicken and rice.
14:30 - Whey shake.
Would really appreciate it if you could post these three points when asking for diet related help. Will make it easier for people to help you. This way will ensure that you get a faster and better response!
