I just had a package arrive. It was supposed to be express mail w/sig waived. A well dressed man in a KIA sedan pulls up in the driveway and tells me he has a an express mail package for me and needs a signature, whips out the little form and says sign here. I told him I wasn't expecting anything and I didn't know anyone from there so I didn't want it. He looked offended and said "you don't want it? Ok, we'll send it back then". Wasn't this the way I should have handled it?
